Q: What is Cold Extrusion?
A: Use the mold to extrude the parts into special shape in normal temperature. It's similar with the Cold Forged Technology.

Q: What is the Application of Cold Extrusion?
A: Replace some conventional process just like Turning, Hot Forged, Casting, Milling and Drilling etc., in some products which have big differences in diameter or dimension to reduce the cost.

Q: What is the difference between Cold Extrusion and Cold Heading?
A: Cold Extrusion is a better choice when the parts is too big to produce by Cold Heading.

Q: What kind of materials can be produced by Cold Extrusion in our Factory?
A: General Steel just like Low Carbon Steel, Medium Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel 304/316 , Brass, Aluminum and some other alloy materials, ect.

Q: Is the mold of Cold Extrusion by Our own company or Outsourcing?
A: Every product's mold is designed by our own engineer.

Q: What is the Tolerance for the parts if it is produced by Cold Extrusion?
A: In general, the most competitive tolerance is +/-0.05mm so to achieve the best economic benifits. And we'll use other process to improve the precision.

Q: Whether the price for Mold of Cold Extrusion is expensive?
A: According to the purchase quantity, our engineers will calculate the cost between Conventional Process and Cold Extrusion Technology to offer a most Competitive Plan to our customer.

Q: What is the MOQ of the Products by Cold Extrusion?
A: You can give us your purchase quantity and our engineer will do the math then offer you a quotation to see whether it is competitive to produce the parts by Cold Extrusion.
